This was a collaborative project with my colleagues/classmates at SCAD: Sekani and Daniella for the 2103 Adobe Storyboard Pitch contest for our Motion Media program. Adobe came down and broke our motion media department into teams for this great pitch which was to create a story of frames to help advertise the Adobe brand. I was the creative director and created the concept along with the story from start to finish, being super grateful and lucky to work with these two great designers.
I believe we one 1st place for this contest, however that's not all that important. What's important is that I learned so much with my team about storytelling and helping create the 3d assets and frames in Cinema 4D. This project pushed all of us and made us all better. Collaborative projects like these is what truly made me become more passionate in my work.
To inspire the viewer to reimagine the conventional.
Begin by illustrating a dull figure in a bleak world. Shedding his bleak shell indicates an inner inspiration. The very ground begins to shape a new world, bursting beautiful array of colors and designs. This world now encapsulates the essence of Adobe Creative Suite, creating a realm where imagination and design unite, urging the viewer to ‘Imagine Without Limits’. Resulting from 2013 48-hour Battle of the Boards competition and collaboration.
